Seth Taft joins Arts + Crafts Holdings as Director of Asset Management.  Seth previously oversaw a portfolio of commercial real estate for AIG Global Real Estate, including industrial, office and multifamily assets. The portfolio spanned from development to stabilized properties and ranged geographically from Washington DC to Boston. In this role, Seth was responsible for developing and implementing the investment strategy for each asset from acquisition to disposition. Before AIG, Seth worked for a New York City-based owner-operator managing a condo conversion on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, as well as the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC). At NYCEDC Seth worked with both public and private stakeholders to maximize the value of city-owned land and/or further city policy initiatives. Seth graduated from Vassar College with a BA in Political Science and received his MBA from the Yale School of Management.
