Brian Terry
Director - Construction
Brian serves as Director of Construction for Arts + Crafts Holdings overseeing all construction projects as well as maintenance and capital projects. Brian previously worked as a Project Manager for a commercial real estate developer in center city Philadelphia, focusing on large mixeduse commercial office and retail buildings.
Brian received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Delaware and is a member of LEED and the Urban Land Institute.
